Benefits of Blueberries
This is my new favorite Blueberry Smoothie! Please give her a try soon!
- 1 cup of blueberries (frozen)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- Optional: I alway need more greens so I threw in some spinach and my fruit wasn’t frozen so I added some ice.
