Love Fest 2014
It’s only 5 weeks long and your goal is to aim for 50 miles over the 31 days. That is an average of a little over a 1.5 miles per day. You can lump these miles up however you choose – run 3 one day and take a day off; run 1.6 every day; or run 6 miles one day and take the weekend off.
We would also LOVE to see who can beat our goal of 50 miles!
The point of our LOVE fest is that studies show by “journaling” and “seeing” results, good habits tend to stick longer and accountability increases. We LOVE you guys so much that we want daily exercise and healthy habits to become a something you LOVE to do vs. have to do. Looking forward to this #LOVEfest for we LOVE each and every one of you!
