Make Eating Healthy Fun!

Talk to you kids how different color fruits & vegetables give our body different nutrients. Let’s take antioxidants (that are usually red, blue and purple foods) for example – they protect our cells and keep us healthy… like super heroes or soldiers. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables give our bodies energy to grow, learn, play & thrive! It’s also great to practice counting how many fruits and vegetables your child eats each day!
