Wise Young Folk

Our La Grange Bootcamp member has set an amazing example for her daughter!  Check out this La Grange Folk Bootcamp member’s school work titled , Sixty Minutes Today!

Some great points I took from her writing: 
1. Go frolick – you can burn calories that way!
2. Play a sport – for energy and a workout!
3. If sports aren’t for you – join Folk Bootcamp!
4. 60 minutes a day will help you burn off
