Post-Baby Bulge

Mommies – we need to focus on regaining our abdominal strength and helping the skin on our stomach adhere to our muscles again. After baby especially, we have to wake up those small muscles and change our body. It’s obviously on a case-by-case basis, but exercising post-baby can really be as urgent as 6 weeks after because the scar tissue starts to settle when you’re not, exercising and the fat around your stomach starts to harden, leaving you looking perpetually three months pregnant. It’s all about knitting all your muscles back together so they heal as well as getting your skin tone back and losing the excess weight.
