We hope you join our Folk Bootcamps this week for we are targeting those pesky saddlebags! As you age, it gets harder and harder to keep fat from sneaking in around your thighs, butt, belly & hips. The catch is that you (or I) will not see any results as long as we are carrying extra fat on top of our muscle. We must pair consistent exercise with a clean and lean diet to truly say sayonara to our saddlebags. Combine the moves from bootcamp this week as well as the ones we saved right here on Folk’s Pinterest Page, but don’t forget that you also need to to incorporate high intensity training (ex: folk bootcamp) so you start burning fat and show off your muscle!
