Quick & Healthy Spaghetti

Here is a Transitions recipe that’s easy for any of you “on-the-go” Folk! (This was actually on of my go-to recipes during pregnancy with LOTS of garlic, onion, spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers,  etc… Also, I like using the Arrabbiata sauce – it usually, but not always, is made without sugar. -Kristin)
