Tuna & White Bean Salad


















2 cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
1 can none beans or chick peas, drained and rinsed
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lemon

Optional: Parsley, tomatoes, cucumber, olives or jalapenos and cilanto

Mix ingredients and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and serve on a bed of greens.  –Health-Heaven
